Effective date: September 11, 2026 · Last updated: September 11, 2026

Bitzle: Binary Puzzle (“the App”) is a single-player offline puzzle game. The App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. Everything the App stores stays on your device.

1. Information We Collect

None. The App does not ask for, gather, or send any personal or identifying information. Specifically, the App does not collect:

  • Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or account credentials
  • Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or IP addresses
  • Location data
  • Contacts, photos, files, camera, or microphone data
  • Usage analytics, crash reports, or behavioral data

The App does not request the Internet permission and has no network functionality. It cannot send data anywhere, even in principle.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

To make the game work, the App saves a small amount of gameplay data in its private storage area on your device (Android SharedPreferences). This data is:

  • Settings — your theme choice (System / Light / Dark), vibration on or off, and whether mistakes are highlighted
  • Best times — your fastest completion time for each difficulty level
  • Saved game — the board state of a puzzle in progress, so you can resume it later

This information never leaves your device and is not readable by other apps. It contains no personal information and is not linked to you or your identity in any way.

3. Android Backup

The App uses Android’s standard Auto Backup feature. If you have device backup enabled in your Android settings, your game settings, best times, and saved game may be included in your personal Google account backup, so they can be restored when you reinstall the App or set up a new device. This backup is handled entirely by Android and Google under Google’s Privacy Policy; the developer has no access to it. You can turn backup off in your device’s system settings.

4. Permissions

The App requests a single permission:

  • VIBRATE — used only to provide haptic feedback while you play. You can disable it in the App’s settings.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The App contains no advertising, no analytics or tracking SDKs, and no third-party services that collect data. There are no in-app purchases. No data is shared or sold to anyone.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children under 13. Because no personal information is ever collected, there is nothing to delete or disclose under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) or similar laws.

7. Your Control Over Your Data

All App data lives on your device. You can permanently erase it at any time by clearing the App’s storage (Settings → Apps → Bitzle: Binary Puzzle → Storage → Clear data) or by uninstalling the App. No copy is retained by the developer.

8. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated if the App’s functionality changes. Any revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.

9. Contact
