Privacy Policy

Ten Match Zen for Android · Effective date: October 2, 2026

Ten Match Zen does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. The app works entirely offline, contains no advertising or analytics, and stores only your game progress and settings on your own device.

1. Who we are

Ten Match Zen is a number-matching puzzle game for Android (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and how. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information we do not collect

The App does not collect or process any of the following:

  • Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any account information
  • Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or IP addresses
  • Location data
  • Contacts, photos, files, microphone, or camera data
  • Usage analytics, crash reports, or behavioral data

The App does not request the Internet permission and does not communicate with any server operated by us or by third parties.

3. Information stored on your device

To let you continue a game and keep your preferences, the App saves a small amount of data locally using Android’s DataStore. This data never leaves your device unless you choose to back it up through Android’s own backup service (see Section 5).

Settings (sound, vibration, theme)Applying your preferences each time you open the App

None of this data identifies you personally. You can erase all of it at any time by clearing the App’s storage in Android Settings or by uninstalling the App.

4. Third-party services

The App does not integrate any third-party software development kits (SDKs) for advertising, analytics, crash reporting, or social login. The only third-party code included is the standard Android Jetpack library set provided by Google, which runs on your device and does not transmit data on our behalf.

5. Android system features

  • Backup. The App allows Android’s built-in backup service to include its local data in your device backup. This is handled by Google under your Google account settings and is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy. You can turn off app backups in Android Settings.
  • Share. The optional “Share” action opens the Android share sheet with a link to the App’s store page. The App does not see which app you share to or who you share with.
  • Haptics and sound. Vibration and sound effects are played locally and involve no data collection.

6. Children’s privacy

The App is suitable for all ages. Because it collects no personal information from anyone, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your region).

7. Security

All data handled by the App is stored in the App’s private storage area, which Android isolates from other apps. Since no data is transmitted, there is no network exposure.

8. Your rights

Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. All data lives on your device and is fully under your control through Android Settings.

9. Changes to this policy

If a future version of the App changes how data is handled (for example, by adding an online feature), we will update this policy and change the effective date above before that version is released.
